By creating an account or using our ERP platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

We provide a multi-tenant ERP platform for business management. Services include HR, inventory, CRM, finance, and other modules as described in your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to our platform, software, and branding. You retain rights to your data. We grant you a limited license to use our services during your subscription. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our software without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations.
